Troubleshooting Sounds

Things to try for iPhone:

Try each of the following in this order, any one of which may solve your matter (please note these instructions are for iPhone, if your on an iPod touch see instructions below):

  1. Check the volume in your device settings area. Go to settings>sounds; Check the volume level shown below.
  2. Check Meditators settings. Tap the bell icon in the lower right corner, and make sure sounds are set to on.
  3. Try a reset of the phone: (No data or settings are lost) You hold the sleep/wake button at the top of the phone, while holding down the home button. You have to hold these buttons together, and do not let go until you see a completely black screen with the white apple logo in the center.
  4. Delete Meditator from your phone, and from iTunes, then on the phone go into the app store, and search for Meditator, and reinstall directly on the phone. (there will be no charge for downloading an app you already purchased).

Things to try for iPod touch:

  1. Go in to the iPod touch settings > select general > select sounds. Check to see that the volume is all the way up as shown below:
  2. Reset of the iPod touch: (No data or settings are lost) Hold the sleep/wake button at the top of the iPod, while holding down the home button. You have to hold these buttons together, and do not let go until you see a completely black screen with the white apple logo in the center.
  3. Delete Meditator from your iPod touch, and from iTunes, then on the iPod touch, go into the app store, and search for Meditator, and reinstall directly on the phone. (there will be no charge).
