Settings Guide

About Presets: Interval Pro has unlimited presets you can toggle between by pressing the preset button, or load them from the preset list. When you change any setting, you are modifying the active preset only. All settings, including all time, sound, and music settings apply to the active preset.

SetsSelect to set the number of sets in your session. The number of sets determines how many times the high/low interval set is repeated in your session.
Repeat ModeRepeat mode repeats sets infinitely until you stop your session. To set Interval Pro in repeat mode, set the number of sets to 0.
Warm-Up TimeSelect to set warm-up time. Warm-up time is the time before your first interval begins often used to prepare or start-up with a low intensity period of time.
High TimeSelect to set high time. High time is the active or high intensity time in your set.
Low TimeSelect to set low time. Low time is the inactive or low intensity time in your set.
Cool down TimeSelect to set cool down time. Cool down time is a period of low intensity time after your session typically for steadily settling down, stretching, or other low intensity activity.
Settings Tap to access the preset settings screen which displays the settings for the active preset.
Preset List Tap to display the preset list. The preset list allows you to add, edit, or select a preset to load in to the timer.
Sound Volume Slide the slider to increase/decrease alert sounds.
Blink Turn on to flash screen high interval phases.

Start In (High/Low)Sets which interval your session starts in. Select high to start your session in the high interval, or low to start in the low interval.
